Five bins, one truck, and a very specific problem.
How this started
A friend was gutting a bathroom in a 1904 house off Third Street. Three dumpster companies came out, looked at the driveway, and said the same thing: we can't get in there, park it in the street and pull a permit. The job took two extra weekends and eleven trips to the transfer station in a borrowed pickup.
The bins that fit these driveways exist. Nobody in Columbus was renting them to homeowners. So we bought five, put a hoist on a pickup, and started answering the phone — then built a website so you'd never have to use it.
Why a raccoon
Because we're not going to pretend a dumpster company is glamorous. Raccoons are native to Ohio, professionally interested in other people's garbage, and famously capable of fitting into spaces they have no business fitting into. That's the entire business model with a tail on it.
The mascot is the fun part. The scheduling, the boarded driveways and the flat rate are the serious part, and we'd rather be memorable about the first and boring about the second.
What we hold ourselves to
Show up when we said
A window the night before, and a text if anything slips.
One price, start to finish
If we didn't tell you about a fee up front, we eat it.
Leave the property better
Boards down, debris swept, lawn untouched.
Stay local
Columbus-owned, Columbus-routed, Columbus-dumped.
"If the bin doesn't fit your driveway, nothing else about the service matters. That's the whole reason we're small on purpose."
